Who We Are:
East County Water & Sports Physical Therapy is a private practice located in the Rancho San Diego area. We have been successful in treating over 3,000 patients over the last 16 years by providing traditional land therapy as well as specializing in aquatic therapy.We work one-on-one with our patients to help them achieve their goals by motivating and educating them about a healthy lifestyle.
Aquatic therapy is provided in two pools. One is located in La Mesa and the other is conviently located in Spring Valley. Both pools have deep portions to provide decompressive relief to the spine so that patients can exercise in a pain-free range. The pool temperatures range from 83 to 90 degrees.
